Handpicked Epsom elderberries on the 29th August 2025 (by Lucie’s apprentice herbalist Lara) was freshly added to 40%APV Vodka and left for 2 months to make this beautifully fresh and potent immune remedy.

Elderberries ripen at the end of August/September in readiness for the cold and flu season. A powerful antioxidant used as both a preventative and to quicken healing from colds and flu.

Lucie recommends the following dose:

Children under 5 years 2.5ml up to 3 times daily

Adults 5ml up to 3 times daily
