Where

A masterclass for parents on the gut-skin connection in babies and children

This is where you learn how to extinguish the fire thats driving the problem

Healing Little Guts
Understand the link between your child’s gut and their skin, and what you can do at home to support healing from the inside.
You’ve tried the creams. The emollients, the steroids, the special washes. You’ve cut foods out, then put them back in.
And still the skin flares. The scratching through the night. The red, sore patches that settle for a week, then come straight back.
After 12 years in clinic, here’s what I see again and again: in babies and children, the skin is often a signal of what’s happening inside.

When the gut lining becomes overly permeable, what’s often called “leaky gut”, and the balance of gut bacteria is off, internal inflammation follows. The skin is one of the first places it shows.
That’s why creams alone so often aren’t enough. They work on the surface. This masterclass is about what sits underneath.

The encouraging part? A child’s gut is remarkably responsive. Once you understand what’s going on, there is a great deal you can do.
This masterclass gives you that understanding, clearly and without the overwhelm.

This masterclass is for you if
• Your child’s skin keeps flaring, however carefully you manage it on the outside
• You’ve been told to keep using creams, but nobody has asked about their gut
• You’ve noticed the skin gets worse with certain foods, illnesses or stressful periods
• You’ve heard about “leaky gut” and want a clear, sensible explanation, not internet hype
• You want a plan you can follow at home that works from the inside out

What you’ll learn
1. The gut-skin connection. How what happens in your child’s gut shows up on their skin, explained in plain English.
2. What “leaky gut” really means. What an overly permeable gut lining is, what contributes to it in babies and children, and the signs it may be part of your child’s picture.
3. The microbiome and the skin. How the balance of gut bacteria shapes inflammation and immune reactions, and how birth, feeding and antibiotics influence it.
4. Food sensitivities versus allergies. Why they’re different, why sensitivities are so often missed in children with skin issues, and how to approach food changes safely.
5. Why flares happen. The common triggers, from foods and illness to stress and poor sleep, and how to spot your child’s patterns.
6. Supporting the gut lining. The food principles, gut-soothing foods and daily habits that support repair, adapted for babies, toddlers and older children.
7. Gentle herbal and nutritional support. Which herbs and supplements are commonly used with children, what they’re used for, and why dosing needs proper guidance.
8. Skin care alongside the gut work. What to put on the skin while you work on the inside, and what to avoid.
9. When to get more help. The red flags that mean you should see your GP, and how to tell when your child needs individual support.

What you’ll walk away with
• A clear picture of how your child’s gut and skin are connected
• A step-by-step framework to support gut healing at home
• The confidence to make food changes safely, and to know when not to
• An understanding of your child’s flare patterns, so you can respond rather than react
• Better questions to bring to your GP or health visitor

About Lucie:
I’m Lucie Bradley, a medical herbalist (BSc, MSc, MNIMH) with 12 years in full-time clinical practice. My work centres on babies and children with skin and gut issues, and in the last 16 months alone I’ve worked with around 100 children with skin conditions.
I built this masterclass because I kept having the same conversation with exhausted parents. They’d been doing everything they could, but nobody had explained the why. Once they understood it, everything else got easier.

FAQs
What ages is this for?
Babies from birth through to around 6 years. Where advice differs by age, I’ll show you what changes for babies, toddlers and older children.
Is “leaky gut” a recognised condition?
It’s a term used loosely online. In research it’s described as increased intestinal permeability, and it’s an active area of study. I’ll explain what we know, what’s still emerging, and how I use the idea in clinic, without the hype.
Does this replace seeing a practitioner?
No. This is education, not individual medical advice. It will help you understand your child’s gut and make informed choices, but it can’t assess your child personally. If you’re worried about your child’s health, please speak to your GP.
My child has a diagnosed allergy. Is this still useful?
Yes, the gut principles still apply. Diagnosed allergies should stay under medical supervision, so please don’t reintroduce a food without advice from the professional managing it.
We’ve already tried elimination diets. Will this help?
Very likely. Many parents arrive having removed lots of foods without a clear plan. You’ll learn why that often doesn’t work on its own, and what else needs to be in place.
Can I ask about my own child?
Yes, in the live Q&A. I’ll answer general questions about your situation. Anything that needs a full case history is best handled in a one-to-one consultation.
What if I can’t make it live?
You’ll get the recording, available for 30 days.
How is this different from the gut health guide?
The guide is your starting point. The masterclass goes much deeper into the why, covers the full framework, and gives you the chance to ask me questions directly.
What platform is it on?
Zoom. You’ll receive the link by email after booking.
Closing
Your child’s skin is telling you something about their gut. Let’s start there.
