Instructions for use: 2-5 sprays directly at the back of the throat, 1-3 times daily

Excellent throat spray so great I’ve come back for more. This has definitely saved me from a lot of nasty bugs over the winter while all around me were unwell.
This is the first year I’ve dodged having illnesses I’ve used this along side Elderberry syrup and would highly recommend both
